For your reference this is the magic percentage of weight lost formula - weight loss for the week divided by weight for last week times 100, that gives us the percentage. Now let me test that with my numbers for week 1, click, click, click goes the calculator. Yes, that agrees with the percentage on the magic spreadsheet.
Now let's get to the good stuff. Who were our superstars of week 2? To keep it simple, Ill list the Top 10 Losers! That criteria may change from week to week. Hey I'm in charge here and I get paid nothin' to do this so you better take what you can get!

(YES!) Going to work really hard to ditch those 2 lbs before weigh in on Friday and keep on going.


Eeyore's Butterfly - congrats on a great week in the middle of your stressed-out job!! 
I will walk, scrapbook, something to keep myself away from the kitchen...brush my teeth, the usual...I'll be watching for some extra help, I need it!

we are going to stomp all over that 500 group goal and then set a new one!




I have had weight issues for the last 10 years. I'm tired of yo-yo dieting and it is time to find a way to get healthy and stay healthy. Where I am now as far as weight goes is bad...I way more than I ever have in my life. My have come to the realization that I really need to do something...I'm tired of being tired and having no energy. I hate looking at myself in the mirror and shopping for clothes is no fun at all
I know I need to do this in babysteps because I didn't put the weight on overnight and it sure as heck won't come off overnight. I have lurked on this thread and I am hoping this will be a great motivator and give me the encouragement to keep going...we are all hear for the same reason!
