Good Morning
First off - A Big Way to Go to Vija.
What an inspiration. I am looking forward to reading all about your journey to the Black Belt. You will do it.
Question of the day: I have no secret, I have my good nd bad days but lately I have been trying really hard to live in the moment and appreciate all the good in my life and not dwell on the would of, should of, could of's. I'm realizing those get me nowhere.
So I'm moving on on this weight loss thing and really enjoying my time with the disboards.
I am really looking forward to this week's challenge
Great Idea

I am actually starting TaeKwonDo tonight!!!!
So I started writing down what frustrated me. It really helped. I then went out and bought a 2 subject notebook. I use the back for journalling. I don't write every day just when I can or when I really need to. When something goes right I write it down, when something goes wrong, I write it down. I write down recaps of my weekends and our trips. I write down when I've walked, or worked out or went to the doctor. Just all the little day to day things. I also take time to write down my blessings. What I have in my life that I am so thankful for.
I felt very proud of myself for getting up and keepin' movin'!
And lately they have been telling me how proud they are of me!
hugs to you! work off some of that stress/ grief/ frustration at the gym!!!
for the lousy day and increased workload.
) that my plan was to work out each evening after work. Since I've been doing the 2 mile WATP I said I was going to put the 3 mile walk on and if I felt strong enough I'd do that for the extra minutes. I'm proud to report I did the whole 3 mile walk tonight.
