Hi Everyone....I'm new to this thread.

DH & I just ordered Nutri System, DH has started running & I have started pilates 2x a week and the Gazelle (which I hate) 2x a week.

We are in NNJ & hope we can offer & accept support.:)

Yeah, that's nice that you came on over!:laughing: Someone, a leader, will be by soon and get you started and all set up. If they miss you somehow do post on our new weekly thread tomorrow.

Welcome Neverenough.

I am so mad at myself. I was so bad all weekend. I have no will power if it is in front of me. I have to get it back in my head to say, No. We ate out too many times and who can say no to Olive garden breadsticks. The kids went back to college so I baked and ate what I baked.

I wish I had a diet buddy here!!! Some one needs to smack me over the head. I have worked too hard to gain it back......

Thanks for letting me vent. I have been good today and I am off to the gym after work to get back on my normal routine.

Honestly weekends are my downfall as well.

Ate way too much this weekend and didn't work out.

I am proud of myself though because for my last change workout I did the full 5 mile WATP challenge walk! Yeah me!

Please do not be too hard on yourself. Just pick back up and start "anew". One of the strategies mentioned by Bob on Biggest Loser last week was that we should allow ourselves a "cheat" day. Try not to make it no more than 1 day a week. Weekends are certainly different and difficult for all of us. Hang in there. Remember we are on a journey, not a spring, we are trying to make lifestlyle changes.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I think we all have those times. I know the past two weeks I have been in a slump - the only thing keeping me going is the knowledge that I'm going to have to weigh in and report back in here. The last BL challenge I bailed and ended up gaining almost 15 pounds. I REFUSE to do that again. I know if I quit coming here (well and weight watchers is definitely keeping me accountable too....but I only have that once a week) I will go downhill and fast. You are still coming in and checking in - that definitely keeps you going. Remember - you can start over right now....just because you had a bad weekend doesn't mean you quit....you just pick right back up and keep going. I also like the philosophy of a "cheat" day. Bob suggests it, Bill Phillips suggests it, and even if it's in the form of 35 "extra" points that's how I use them on weight watchers. My big thing is I usually want to use it on the weekend - but I try really hard not to since weigh in is on Tuesday. You have come this far....you know you can do it. I know you can do it....we all know you can do it.....so as the saying goes "Just Do It"!! Hang in there :)
