Biggest Loser 2009 - Couples 2

Bob is just mad because he finally thought he was going to beat Jillian with Filepe and Sione and now they are training with her. She has the strongest team and he knows it. That is what his hissy fit was about! Did you notice that he seemed a little sad about the pink and brown team being with Jillian but freaked out about blue! And then he got saddled with the yellow team and the weaker brown dad. He only has two really strong team members, Dane and the purple daughter. I'm so bad with these names. I identify the players by their colors.

Let's call him BOO-HOO BOB....I mean come on.
That shows you how much game play he puts into his team.

Don't you like how after the Black Team trained that they were postive about Jillian? I thought that was funny.

Even though Tara is a puking pain, I still like her. That girl is a hard worker. If you told her she had to build a house, she would probably do it!

Frankly I am glad yellow is split up. Aubrey and her teammate needed this, I think.

Agree. Didn't think of it that way.

Well you know, Jillian has won with lesser players. I guess we will see what Bob is really made of this round.

Also, if you remember a couple of seasons ago, when Bob beat Jillian at the elevator challenge, he stacked his team with the big guys and had no problem dumping the smaller team of Brittnay and Bernie with Jillian. Where were the tears then when your team you had bonded with was split up?

Bob was pathetic last night.........Yellow is still together, now on the blue team

Yea....Bob is full of it. I remember that. Brittany and Bernie were so hurt.

Guess we can just call him Hissy fit Bob. That was just wrong of him to have a crying hissy fit because his team was split up. Get over it - at least they are all still there. Granted I am sure he bonded with these people but he should have sucked it up and been strong for the team he has now. It didn't help his team - the ones that are now with Jillian didn't need his boo hooing - isn't he supposed to be the trainer - in other words he is supposed to be the strong one for these people. Just made me dislike Bob even more - I didn't like him much after he told his team to only vote for Dane.

Bob had a hissy fit b/c it makes for good TV.

Oh, and I love Tara. That girl rocks it out every week!

Does anyone else find it amusing that the guy who he wanted his team to vote off last week is now his best player? That's probably one of the reasons we were allowed to hear his comments.

Wasnt it just last week - one of the trainers said - you are in this by yourself. Everything is YOU - not me. You determine your success. OMG - get over it.

What happened to the speach - Contestants you are here to lose weight, same as at home. The trainers are here to help you and everyone else. Learning something new. Your new trainer will not sabatoge you. GET OVER IT.

I am glad Brown got split up. Mikey may stay longer. Let go of Dad he'll be fine.

I've always been a Jillian fan and last night made me even more so, but if I was at the ranch and was on her team and then got switched to Bob, I certainly wouldn't say I'd rather just go home. That is crazy. I would look at it as a chance to see how different trainers train. They always do this kind of stuff where they switch up the teams, so not sure why it was such a big deal this year. I found this article online, but I still think they made more of an issue than they should have. This is a TV show and a game and they will do what makes good TV. I guess Bob crying is good TV...lol

I just hope Jillian has good numbers this week or all the players will say they were better off with Bob. At least Mike was open to her and said she is a winner. I think I'm rooting for him now.

That is the whole article but here is a snippet:

Bob, Sione and Filipe formed a uniquely strong bond. In fact, it was a bond that Filipe said he felt even before arriving at the ranch. During press interviews at the beginning of the new season, Filipe said he recalled being a home, unhappy at being morbidly obese, watching "The Biggest Loser," and somehow having a sixth sense that Bob would be the key to changing his life forever.

He also said he did not think it was coincidence that he ended up on Bob's team.

Sione, who was at the ranch for only a handful of days before being sent home for 30 days, has said he has been able to lose so much weight so far because of everything that he learned from Bob while at the ranch, and because he was so determined to get back under Bob's tutelage.

So that, combined with the close relationships that normally crop up during the course of the emotionally grueling games, offers a bit of insight into why Bob took this latest turn so hard.

Bob ... what a ... WUSSIE! C'mon, man up! First of all, he sabotaged his old team members by having a group crying jag with them and then he "endeared" himself to his new team members with a punishing work out. Good thing they already trained with Jillian, the Queen of Mean. If I were one of his new team members I would feel like CRAP if I saw him sniffing over in the corner with his ex-team members. Talk about second class citizens. Jillian admitted that the whole thing stunk, opened the communications and then went forward AS A TEAM. Obviously, Bob needs to learn a lot from Jillian.

I think that old Bob Team members who are now Black will be JUST FINE. I don't think I can say the same about the old Jillian Team members who are now Blue.

Thank you!!! You took the words right out of my mouth. I thought is was HORRIBLE unprofessional for Bob to get so upset and cry about losing some team members. Way to make the new ones feel welcome!!! At least Jill tried to make the best of it.

I am liking this show less and less :sad2:

I think that those that embrass the new trainer's could see a huge loss this week. Anytime you mix something up you ususally get a good loss. If they wallow in sorrow, then it will hurt them in the end.

I thought Bob looked like a sore loser out there whining. Bob looks so skinny these days because he is now a vegetarian -He has also talked Jillian into veganism too (and she used to preach that you needed animal protein and veganism wasn't good for you).

I didn't like tonights show being broken up into 2 nights. I like to end the show with the weigh-in/elimination!

I know that Bob and his team got really close in the time that they were training together and were upset to be split up, but did anyone else feel like they were watching a soap opera when Bob and his former team was standing outside talking. Bob said something like "you have to push forward" and Filepe or Sione said "how are we supposed to do that?" and the way it was said so dramatically, it reminded me of a soap opera! :rotfl:

and the music:rolleyes1

Exactly--She was a bit shocked but then got over it, and encouraged her team- both the old team and the new.

Unlike Bob- OMG--That was ridiculous.

the most ridiculous part was him going to a team member and blubbering to her....He is supposed to be her trainer, not her patient. :headache:
