Biggest DVC Desires......

I have only stayed at 3 DVC resorts and have toured 3-4 more (I am a recent owner). But after my 3 experiences I have something I REALLY REALLY want from DVC....

I want those murphy style pull down beds at Kidani. In dark wood/tone. When you pull the bed down I want to see Simba, Timon and Pumba walking along the waterfall. I want whoever sleeps on that bed and the alternate 5th chair sleeper to wake up with a Hukana Matata attitude.

After that, lets talk about doing something similar at Boardwalk....

Cannot speak to what pictures on the walls one might find after it is done or the color tone, but be aware the DVC stated plan is to have those pull down Murphy beds over the couches in all WDW resorts. Each resort is to get them the next time it has a “hard goods” refurb rather than a “soft goods” refurb. AKV’s last soft good refurb was in 2016, which would place the next hard goods refurb in 2023.

And with the new Disneyland DVC Tower most of the rooms will have no balcony at all - a DVC first. .

I was thinking to give DVC members more perks to being a DVC member would be something as easy as you get one extra tier 1 Fast pass if FP ever comes back. It wouldn't cost Disney a dime to do this. They could still restrict us to 3 FP per day but be able to have 2 FP be of the tier 1 value ride, or give us 3 plus an extra tier 1 for a total of 4 FP a day.

I would love to have the Skyliner from AKL to Animal Kingdom with African/animal/safari theming and/or a walkway (a mere 1.5 miles from what I've read).

GF our home resort: A refresh of the rugs, sofa covers, chair covers, cased pieces etc. The hard surfaces like tile etc. seem to be okay (even drapes) but the wear and tear and stains etc. on the soft surfaces are not good at such a grand place. In some cases even gross.
