Hi All,
I remembered reading about some larger rooms on Deck 2. I think they were 2004,2002, 2000, 2504, 2502 and 2500. Can someone confirm?

Thanks

Sue

We had room 2504 on the 2/28 Magic and it was a longer room. We didn't have to put our suitcases under the bed because there was a lot more space between the bed and the couch. We asked our room steward (Nicole) about it and she told me that rooms 2504, 2502, 2004 and 2002 are longer rooms because they are at the front of the ship. It was a nice surprise for us! The porthole sticks out at an angle and my two dd's could sit in it. There was also extra space between the couch and the window. We were really hoping for a verandah upgrade this past trip, but were pleasantly surprised to have a larger cat. 9 room. We have had verandah rooms the past two trips and this room was bigger then they were.

eagmommy,

Thanks, how was motion and noise. I see that they are under Beat Street/Route66.

We were next door in 2506, ours was not bigger *pout* but it was quiet. Only heard noises that would cause complaint during the docking process - the anchor dropping I think, and the bow thrusters...but that was ok because we wanted to be up and exploring the ports anyhow. Motionwise, yeah, I think that we felt it a bit more being that far front, there was one night it was BAD, and we heard the waves slamming on the ship...but it had to be REALLY bad (as in the dining room was pretty empty and deck 4 outside was shut down due to bad weather)...otherwise we were good.

our room was really quiet. I didn't hear the clubs at all. We did hear the anchor coming down in Grand Cayman, but we were up anyways. We did feel the motion a little more then we did on deck 7 on our last cruise, but I like the rocking motion, it makes me sleep better. One night I almost fell out of bed, but the seas were really rough that night.:)
