Big Thunder Mtn Derailment

Just got word that a train derailed on Big Thunder Mountain.... no news yet, except at least one critically wounded.....

The associated Press says 11 injured, 1 adult male critically injured already transfered by ambulance to the hospital with 5 more to follow.

That is terrible news. I feel so bad for those people and their families.

CNN wil be doing an update at 2pm Pacific Daylight time.

IT was just reported that the one adult male that was critically injured has passed away.

I just read about this at MSN. How awfull. The man died in a tunnel. 8 were injured and 2 were treated at the scene.Theya re still unclear about what happened.

This is so tragic for all involved, including the CM working the ride.

How can something like this happen? I mean don't they have a ton of safety features on these rides? I don't think I'll ever go on that ride again without thinking of this accident.
