Big sister, Middle sister Design

I have looked but can't find any Middle Sister designs. Can someone make a Big Sister and Middle Sister design. Also if someone could make a Were the little sisters design. The older 2 love the princess and fairies. We just found out today that the twins are going to be 2 girls. The older 2 are 7 and will be 3 when the Twins come. TIA
