Big Sale at DS this weekend.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this weekend at the DS the toys are buy one get one free. They are going to their regular prices no sale prices but it is buy one get one free. It starts tomorrow morning.

We did this morning. Yes, all toys are buy one get one. There are a few things that I would have considered toys that they didn't, but for the most part it's a nice sale. I didn't read it well and ran over there. Didn't need any toys. However, their fleece pullovers (very cute) were 50% off (not buy one get one) and anything Magic Gathering related is buy one get one. I ended up buying a couple of the shirts and the (magic gathering) mugs.

I just got back from the DS. Like the previous poster said, there are some things on sale that I would not consider toys, but that's okay with me.

My great deal, or at least I think so, is for stocking hangars. They were buy one, get one free. $19.50 each. I bought 4, which comes to $39 plus tax. In the catalogue, they are $12.99 each (total $51.96) plus shipping. I thought that was a really great deal and I am really psyched!!!

Actually there is no difference. If you buy a shirt at $10 and get one free it is the same as buying 2 shirts at $5 ea (50% off).

It's ALL toys? I've been eyeing that new boys castle playset they have but it's $50! If I could get that with something else comparable in price, that would work for me!

Also, does anyone know if they have that large Cinderella's Castle playset like the one they have at WDW?

I stopped into our DS today and they had their toys buy one get one of equal or lesser value for 1/2 price - not nearly as good a deal as those of you who got a buy one get one free deal.



As for the Cinderella castle playset, I think that particular set is a park exclusive.

Thanks, that's what I thought. DS wants it (yes he's a boy and wants it LOL), so I'm contemplating ordering it directly from WDW. Shipping is only $10.00, which isn't bad and I know he would play with it, but I'm just worried it wouldn't get here in time for xmas. I think the email they sent said the cut off for xmas orders was December 2.

the difference is you don't have to buy 2 items to get the discount I guess.

So, we went today, and got the big buzz with the voices, laser, and pop out wings for him, and I bought the Princess beauty set that I have been eyeing for my neice anyway.

Most of the Incredibles stuff was 50% off at my store... I got my son a Dash (probably will save til his bday in January), as well as a bunch of t-shirts for less than $4 each. I was very happy with the savings! (BTW, our store was B1G1 on the toys).....P

The sale should last through the weekend then Monday they might start a new sale. Plush is never ever considered a toy but they also have holiday stuff buy one get one. The holiday snowglobe that is 98.00 is included in that. Which is a good deal if you want to split the cost with someone. Also the adult fleece was half off as well at my store.
