I just got a $120.75 fare DFW-Orlando, Dec 7-16. It was kinda weird though. I found this fare at Delta's website this morning. I went back there a little while ago and it was gone. So, I went to Yahoo travel and was able to book it through them. I normally book directly with the airlines, so I feel a little strange. I hope it all works out.

I just went back to Yahootravel and that fare on those dates is gone. Boy, I must have just gotten in under the wire.

This is weird. I just check the airline rate for my flight and the price has gone up. When I checked the price of the exact flight that I am taking in Oct it went up from $220 to $450 a ticket. I don't understand how the prices could jump up so fast within a few days. Can anyone
that works for an airline explain this?

PHX to MCO for $165 traveling May 3 - 18, 2002. I probably could have waited, but I was afraid they would disappear. They still have the low price on the Delta site, but I don't know how long it will last.

I don't work for the airlines but I can say that when there is a discount or sale, there is a limited number of seats at the rate. The whole flight is not the same rate. My guess is that you were not the only person to find the sale and book. Once all the cheap fares were booked, the normal full fares were left.

I just checked at the Delta website. The good fare from DFW/Orlando is back. Go figure.

Yesterday, I book our July trip on Delta for $114.00 pp/RT from DFW to MCO. Saved a bunch of $$$. Normally we fly AA, but haven't seen any good rates from them, so Delta got our business this time.
