Big runDisney announcement coming in April

Maybe a "Neverland" theme? At least that would be more encompassing to all runners. You could go fairy, pirate or just run in your PJs.

Me too. I already take a lot of January off for Disney and volunteering. Another long weekend would be over the limit.

I had it marked down in my planner for 10PM for some reason. I just realized today it's 10AM.

well, today's the day. i will be teaching my mommy & me class at 10 when the announcement's made but i may have to check my phone to see what's going on on facebook in the middle of class.

it's sad because i'm not really excited about this since the clues were so drawn out and the fact that it might be a DL race makes it a no-go for me but i still want to know. so...way to go disney...i guess you did your job.

i will admit that i'm happy for the west coasters though. there really are alot of WDW races and if i lived in CA i'd be thrilled for a DL race.

guess i'll just have to wait for the WDW marathon in 2013 for my return to rundisney events.

One way or another I'll know my next FL race today. If this announcement is a race at WDW that I am interested in it will be the next one. If not it will probably be the Gasparilla half next March in Tampa.

Other than that, why is DL out of the question? Planes fly west as well as south, ya know! Or just too long a flight with little one(s) for now?

Not sure where we're supposed to watch. Here's to hoping its not a Tinkerbell Half haha. Although all indications are pointing to a woman themed race in Disneyland. Although I guess this is a way to save myself some money haha.

There was a rumor this morning that the Tinkerbell Half on a Saturday might be followed by a Peter Pan Marathon on Sunday. Again, I have no idea how much of 26.2 could be run through the parks in Anaheim.
