I am tweaking our dining for our trip starting this Friday. Big River Grille looks interesting from reading the menu. We have never been.

How is it? Is is worth it?
I called for an ADR and I was told this restaurant is a walk up. Is this true? How are the waits? Good time to get there for dinner?

TIA!

Good burgers....as I remember it, we sat inside as it was cold that day, it was crowded and noisey....we have not gone back. People do like it though.

We have eaten here a few times in the past, but not recently. We enjoyed our meals. It is certainly not a "gourmet" restaurant, but I felt good at what it did. It is relatively small and it can get a bit noisy, as mentioned.
I would go again, and the Boardwalk is a fun place to be.
Stop in at Jellyrolls, a dueling piano bar, after dinner. It is great fun!! There is a cover charge for Jellyrolls, $ 10, I think but well worth it. It will be a fun, satisfying evening.

We ate there in 2005 and had a great meal.Steak was good and the salmon was tasty as well.

I believe that this place is closed now for refurb. Anybody know for sure?

You'll find lots of opinions about BRG here, but mostly it seems that if you like beer this is the place to go. If you're looking for more than that like good food and service you should go elsewhere.
