Big River Grill

Anyone have a review of this restaurant. We are staying at the Boardwalk and the menu looks like it offers a lot for our group of 9. Any Reviews? Also, can you make PS through disney?

Ate there last month with a coworker and his wife, we all enjoyed the food a lot, and the beer is great!

Have been there a few times and always enjoyed my meal. I think I had a mahi-mahi sandwich the last time. The beer is quite tasty and the atmosphere is nice. It is great to sit outside. I never went when it was crowded so don't know if they take PS.

Our family loves it. Great kids menu - my kids will go back in an instant. Very good burgers, meatloaf and pecan crusted chicken dishes. I love sitting outside in the evening, you can enjoy the street entertainment and have a nice meal at the same time. They had a neat beer sampler that a few of our family members ordered and enjoyed - got to try things they wouldn't normally have known to order.

JMO, but tho the beer was great, the food was just indifferent. There are plenty of better places to eat in the area, but few better to drink.

I have eaten there twice and we really enjoyed it on both occasions!

We eat at BRG every trip. Besides their outstanding micro brews, their meatloaf and burgers are fantastic!

We have always had great food there. If the weather is nice..grab a table outside and enjoy the view and people watching.

You have to make the ressie directly with Big River Grille. Sorry, I can't find the number, but if you're calling WDW-Dine for other ressies, they can give it to you. They were very nice when we called

We're going to try it out ourselves in Dec - a group of 12!

I love Big River Grille. It's not fine dining but it has good food and good beer. Since you are staying at the Boardwalk, I highly recommend you give it a try.

We stay at the BW and have given this restaurant numerous tries and the food was not good any time we've gone. We are not beer drinkers so we went just to eat and we were not happy. We would not go again. Have you thought of the ESPN club? That might be fun with a large group. The food there(ESPN) I would say is along the lines of a TGI Fridays. If your looking for really good food then I would suggest Spoodles.

This response could have been written by me. We hit BRG at least once each trip and, in addition to the items mentioned, love the mahi mahi sandwich and the chicken sandwich. It's a great place for a casual sit down meal! And, in good weather, a table outside along the Boardwalk is awesome!
