It is not a certainty that KTR will be initially offered to DVC members before the general public. There may be a good probability that it will be offered to DVC members first, but we don't know for sure.

If you want to stay at KTR, then my advice is to wait until it's offered to the general public.

Have waited for 2 years to buy just want to do it right,KTR sold my dw. SHE HAS BEEN ON THE FENCE. She just fell off. YES!!!!!!!!!
