Not if Saddam has sold his WOMD to terrorists.

Actually, no I don't think we are. More fanatics hate us than ever.

Plus he's not convincing me. There may be better cooperation between agencies, but that alone will not win the war on terror. I'm not sure it's a winable war any more.
