BIG Interview update #2.....I GOT THE JOB!!!

So, I am now gainfully employed as the QDDP ( qualified developmental disabilities professional ) for the WNC Group Homes for Autisitic persons here in Asheville NC. I start on Monday.

I'll be writing treatment plans, assisting staff in implementing them, planning and holding annual review meetings, conducting staff inservices, meeting with parents, assisting with intake and placement in the homes and many other things. This is a big step for me career wise as I have been mostly direct care for most of my career.
