Big Disappointment in Navi River Journey

DH and I have experienced this ride only once with a FP when it first opened. We thought it was very pretty and very short. We would personally not be interested in this attraction again unless it was walk on.

I can't even imagine waiting that long for any ride, anywhere. How did you not just bail on that line? Did you not know it is a 5 minute slow boat ride?
