oh give me a break!!!! she is sitting there eating...WHICH she NOT to be doing in the first place, Ed is sitting and smoking, she gets up with the intend to start crap!!! as always in Jen fashion!! If Jenn did what she did to ED in the private sector, she would have been arrested for A & B!!! Case closed, plain and simple! She provoked him, SHE was in HIS space....she is cosidered the aggresor in that situation...................period!
IF I were him, I would file assult charges against her!!!

Jenn is white trash, and has several nuts loose upstairs!

She was sitting there eating - ED came outside and sat down right next to her and blew smoke right into her face - that is when she stood up.

We don't own the wrongness - maybe it's YOUR wrong? Or perhaps you meant you're wrong????

In any case - dumping tea and ice cubes over ones head is definitely assault in my book as is the yelling and taunting. Assault can be verbal or physical.

It's debatable if blowing smnoke in her face would be considered assault - it was however an unbelievable display of immaturity and completely disgusting.

Um.... don't assume honey-I have been abused by man I dated before I met my husband. Go watch that video again-you seem to only want to and NOBODY ever deserves to get hit EVER for ANY reason! How can you say Jen deserved to get hit-when you yourself are a victim of abuse? Shame on you and I am done discussing this with you. I agree. Dumping the tea over her was crossing a line, but then so was Jen when she destroyed his property.

My thoughts on the whole Dick vs. Jen situation...that patio space is the ONLY space in/out of the BB house that people are allowed to smoke on. If Jen didn't want to deal with the smoke, she had every right to just step off the patio. Instead she went after his cigarette knowing darn well how he might react. Dick even told her to stop going after the cigarette because she will get burned. She continued to go after the cigarette and surprise! she got burned. I don't think Dick should have blown smoke in her face, but then again I don't think Jen should have destroyed his cigarettes. In my opinion, they were both acting like 5 year olds lol.

The house is pretty boring this morning except for some morning "Jen-bashing" and random chit-chat. Apparently Amber was trying to educate the other house guests on how to spell "ca-ca"...needless to say her spelling of the one word she knows is incorrect

According to CBS, Dick can't compete in the PoV this week because of his behavior...including hiding Jen's clothing and painting the words "Ding dong the witch is dead" on the walls following Jen's eviction. lol. I can see how he might get in trouble for painting on the walls, but for the clothing thing, I have seen worse in the BB house in past seasons and the players got off. The rules seem to be getting a bit tighter as the seasons play on...especially this season as it's certainly a unique one.

From the moment I posted that until now, I read more on the situation and it's speculative. Reading more, I don't believe Dick will not be competing in the PoV. The original poster of this can't seem to back up his/her statement.

"She deserved it" is a common phrase uttered by the abuser not the abused.

I have to hope that those who defend Dick have not seen the feeds, because anyone who would defend him after seeing his behavior...

He has followed Jen from room to room all week. If she's sitting at the kitchen island, he walks up to her and asks her why she's here. If she's on the treadmill he comes in and asks why she doesn't just quit, since everybody hates her. She has no peace and no rest from his abuse, and while the outside is a no smoking area, it's no coincidence that HE came out and sat next to HER and blew his smoke at her (and bragged about it afterward).

He has essentially chased her around the Big Brother property for weeks, and that night she stood up to him. It was a stupid way to lose her temper, but compared to the violent verbal abuse she has put up with, doesn't even register on my radar as anything but pathetic.

The man has a criminal record as someone not afraid to beat a woman up. Eric folded to his abuse. Amber folded to his abuse. Jameka didn't exactly fold but stupidly agreed to a truce -- she'll probably see the result of that dumb move any time now. Jen wouldn't give in to his abuse and he wouldn't drop it until she was gone.

Haven't verified this yet but got it from another source:

"word just came down from the CBS legal department spokesperson that Jen Johnson, 23 of Beverly Hills, CA has filed a temporary injunction and a civil lawsuit against CBS, the production company, the distributors and CBS President personally for Breach of Contract and misrepresentation.
According to the release, Jen is claiming "...violations and unlawful terminations of a clear and concise written and verbal contract regarding actions, opportunities AND RESULTS of a reality-based game show called Big Brother (Season VIII)". She is requesting that the show be temporarily stopped "as a result of these violations". The judge apparently will hear the case today at 4:00 p.m. (California time).

I'm not sure if it is going to be in LA Central, Van Nuys or even Beverly Hills, but there's about 8 TV and Radio news vans at BH Courthouse, which is unusual.
The courts will consider issuing a temporary injunction, and the legal "talking heads" are saying that it stems from a variety of claims, including the fact that while searching for ED's cigs, she came across a bottle of prescription med's of his which is a violation of the rules. They went on to say that one requested solution is that Jen be allowed back into the house to replace an evicted ED!"
