CBS makes the rules. They can change them. It's their game, their show, their $ handed to the winner.

Of course they knew Danielle was 20 going into the house - their desire to use her as part of the "twist" made them circumvent their age rule.

I wonder if they can face any state legal action for providing alcohol to her, knowing she wasn't of legal age to drink.

Or we could have had 2 different characters on there, just as interesting and maybe not as gross and whinny. We could have had a Janelle or a Will or someone that was FUN to watch. I actually have had to tune out when Dick goes on his screaming rampages. It has NOT made me want to tune in. Someone "fun" would have been better to me.

See, that's just it. Will had quite a few people up in arms on bulletin boards as well for his "game play". People were disgusted with him and Boogie and their using the girls to get where they were. Will had "good looks" on his side which made the things he did seem less bad. I have to wonder how he would have gone over if he looked like ED (and had ED's bodily emissions problem )

Every year you are going to find a group of people that hate someone on this show up against another group that loves them. And that's a good thing, because if CBS filled the house full of Disney characters without a villain or two, well.. it would get pretty boring!

She didn't drink until AFTER she turned 21. She made a point of it.

If you go back and watch all the shows, she did not drink any alcohol, as it was shown to us, on any of the episodes.

I would think this is what they did. Her b/day was celebrated on the show also.

Everyone knew how old she was. Dani did not hide anything from CBS. She turned 21 shortly after the show started - I think it was on a Monday.

On Thursday there will be another HOH competition, which Zach van compete in, and the winner single-handedly gets to decide who they want to evict. Then the finale is the following Tuesday, where everyone in the jury house votes!

I still can't get over Dick actions. To each his own, now I can watch something else.

I agree totally with you. Every season there is the "bad" person. The one houseguest we love to hate. I suppose Dick is one of them. He has been the worst ever. I know every game there is lying, back stabbing, manipulating..its all part of the game. But.. Dicks mouth is just vulgar, he is an immature jerk. I was actually rooting for him at the beginning of the show..now though I cant stand him, I cant stand what he stands for, and how he has played the game. He has crossed more lines then any other houseguest, his mouth is worst then any other house guests. I think he is just plain crude and rude. Yes, I think its good to have a stradegy(Sp?) in the game. His was just to be mean, rude, crude, and just a plain old jerk...I hope ANYBODY except him wins.

I agree with you 100%, I was rooting for him at the beginning also, but that quickly changed.

Was there a football game or golf on today? I just flipped on CBS to prepare for BB8, thinking I'll catch the last 15 minutes of 60 minutes. Only problem, 60 minutes is showing they have another 45 minutes to go!!! How annoying!

I think on the live feeds Zach has repeatidly said he will not take ED to the final two. Now does that mean it's true? Who knows???? He might have since changed his mind too.

The thing is ED is not going to do well in a LONG endurance HOH comp. The others work out and they don't smoke. JMHO

Zach would have to take ED! Even though Daniele went back on her alliances and kicked eeryone out one by one... isn't that what you're supposed to do. As much as I'm not a fan of hers, when you think about it, she really did play the game well. It wasn't fair that she had her father there to pull her through a lot of it, but she won the most competitions, and she was able to make it to the end. I don't think many people on the jury houe like Zach, so if he's up against Dani I think they'll say that they respect her game play and will vote for her to win. I can't see anyone voting for ED.
