I was reading on Joker's that Janie's key was shorter and that she has to hold her arms higher than the others. Any confirmation of this? Could that be why she is struggling so badly?

It sure looks like it if you compare arm length and stretch with Ivette....

It does look shorter. She looks like the only one with her hands above her head.
ETA: It's really hard to tell now that they've changed the camera angle.
