Biergatten v Whispering Canyon

Can anyone help me choose between the two?..

They are 2 very different types of dining establishments.

Biergarten - you will need a ticket to enter Epcot. The entertainment is not constant but there is an organized show at scheduled times. The food service is buffet style but very tasty. If you party is less than 8, you may be seated with strangers at your table. Depending on your personality, that will either be exciting or strange. The offerings are a bit of American food and a bit of German fare.

Whispering Canyon - located off the lobby of the Wilderness Lodge. Here your table is you and your parties own table. The waiters and waitresses all have a schtick they perform to different degrees. If you are not into the performance art, in my experience, if you don't play into it, they get the hint and just serve your food. The food here is also very tasty and served either in platters for family style dining or ala carte.

For food alone, Biergarten would be my choice. The entertainment at Biergarten is also very good. WCC is fun, but the food is just ok. I prefer the breakfast at WCC.
But I will add, if you have never visited Wilderness Lodge, its a beautiful resort, especially at night.

My DH would say Biergarten hands down - that is his favorite place to eat at Epcot. We have been there 3 or 4 times and the food has always been good. The service is okay - the servers have several tables each and the tables have 8 customers, so they are often bogged down.

We did WCC for the first time last year and I really liked the food there. DH and I both got the skillet and it was delicious. We opted to put our "coaster" on red and so we didn't participate in the schtick. The only thing I really didn't like is the constant screaming for ketchup got really old really fast.
