Biergarten - show time, tapping the keg

Hi,
I am looking to book a reservation at the Biergarten for July 26. I am planning on lunch but don't know what time would be best to make sure we see a show. Any recommendations? What time are shows and how much time should we allow between our reservation and the start of the show? The only show times I could find were from 2010.

Also, my boyfriend found information about someone tapping the keg every day. Is this something to be seen and if so, what time does it take place? Should we try to book out reservation around this?

Any other recommendations are also appreciated.

If you are there for at least an hour....you will see all of or at least part of the show. I'm remembering something about 45 mins...maybe they have one every 45 mins?
We eat here almost every trip and the only time we didn't get to see a show I think was when we had like 8:30 dinner reservations on our wedding trip for the whole party (18 peeps).

Usually we eat lunch here and we always get to see a show (all of, most of).

I don't know anything about the tapping the keg though (not there anyway! ).

The shows are:

1:15
2:15
3:15
4:45
5:55
7:00 and
8:05

If you want lunch, I would try for between 12:30 and 12:45. For tapping the keg - I think one guest is chosen to help and you get a free glass of beer, I think. It's not that big a deal to see, imo.

Biergarten is so much fun and the food selections, both hot and cold are very good. It is a must-do for us!

The shows is almost continuous. I'd say 20 minutes of show, then 20 minute break, then back to the show again. Not sure about the keg. Haven't heard of that before.
