Biergarten Reservations

But the reduced capacity has been in place since the restaurant reopened, and we have never seen anything like this before. I had no problem getting a reservation—with my pick of times—in July, even though crowds were very high. Now, no one is able to get a reservation, even at 60+10, for any time and any party size. Something else is going on.

I have an 11/22 reservation, booked at 60+2. But it does totally sound bizarre for December. And y’all are making me kinda nervous that mine will disappear LOL

Today our 60+5 day window opened. Not surprisingly, nothing at all available for Biergarten. They clearly have not released a single ADR for Biergarten for all of December. Meanwhile, Biergarten has been announced as one of only four restaurants included in the Candlelight Processional dining packages. Will Disney limit Biergarten to CP only in December?

Biergarten is one of only 4 restaurants offering the CP dining package. I can completely believe that they have a boatload of reservations set aside for this.

When I pressed on why there aren't any reservations open in all of December, they told me they had not received any info on whether reservations are being held back, and that "dining locations are still operating with limited capacity so reservations can fill up quickly."

Even with limited capacity, Biergarten doesn’t fill up with a +10. Hopefully they release stand-alone along with CP packages on Oct 26

That was my experience back in September as well. Besides one party per table, the place seemed pretty packed, they definitely weren't limiting the number of tables used. Limited capacity is very much not the problem here with Biergarten.

I believe they are holding back December tables until October 26th when Candlelight becomes available. When we had our 60 day window open there were no tables when we entered that morning when it first opened and we have a long trip and no tables at the end either. Probably a system shortfall that is unable to manage all of the variables associated with all the events and details

Thought I'd post here that I received a TP alert this morning that a reservation was available for the last night of our trip (12/3). I went in right away to book that and multiple times were available, so I decided to check earlier in the week to see if the date we preferred was open (11/28) and it was as well with multiple times showing. I didn't check the whole week, but thought that was a good sign that reservations may be opening.

Yes. It looks like Disney opened the entire month of December all at once mid-morning today. So there is still a lot of availability. But it is going fast!

I happened to check this morning and saw a ton of openings also. I was checking all days for our trips and there were tons of times every day. Before I could grab one, they were all gone in an instant. I am hoping they are fixing something and they'll show back up again. I don't think there's any way they were all snatched up in a matter of 30 seconds.

At the beginning of the month it was still separate parties. With staffing on loan, I don’t expect them to return to communal seating anytime soon..but I’ve been wrong before

I was able to finally find a biergarten ressie for our early December trip, completing our perfect set of ADRs for this trip! I don't know when we will be back to WDW, so I was going to be very sad not to visit one of my favorite places. Thanks again for the heads up on the ressie dump today!!

I got a reservation for the candlelight processional package on Dec 18th today. They had all times open as of now.

We were able to get an ADR during our Dec trip where we had three days to choose from. If you want one, check daily and be prepared to act quickly, as you will observe time slots disappear while you work through the steps. The first time slot we were behind others and it informed us it was no longer available
