We were planning on having Thanksgiving dinner at Biergarten at Epcot. I'm worried, though, that Epcot will be so crazy busy that we won't have as great a time as we'd like.

AK has the lowest crowd level that day, so I thought maybe switching to dinner at Tusker a House might be an option.

Does anyone have thoughts/comparisons on either of those two...especially as it might relate to Thanksgiving day?

I believe Tusker House does a special dinner for Thanksgiving. I think Biergarten is same as usual.

Honestly either would be fun but if AK is projected lower crowds why not go with that. You can save biergarten for another night. Have a great trip!

Would you consider Boma at AKL? We had an early dinner there this past Thanksgiving and it was great!

It wasn't on the list I saw for restaurants that served traditional turkey day items. If it does, we would consider it, but at this point, my wife is pretty set on Epcot that day.

It was not on the list last year so I was nervous after hearing about them having a mix of Thanksgiving food and their regular stuff in the past and sure enough they had it.

I would pick Biergarten personally. The food is better IMHO. Plus, I wouldn't pick a restaurant solely based on the crowd calendar. It can be hit or miss.
