I'm starting to think about where I want to eat on my next trip. I want another place for dinner in Epcot (by then I will have tried: Chefs de France, Tutto Italia, Le Cellier, San Angel Inn, and Teppen Edo). We will already be eating at Coral Reef on this trip.

I think Dbf would really like Biergarten, but I HATE sausage and I'm worried that the buffet is too sausage heavy for me to enjoy it. Even if something has traces of sausage, I'll spit it out. I have German ancestry (and so does Dbf), but I've never really eaten German food.

What has been your experience at this restaurant? Would it be fun for 2 20 somethings?

If you don't like sausage or anything like it, I would not go there. My DH and I went there in July and we were NOT impressed at all. I know that a lot of people like it and rave about it, but not us. My suggestion would be to try something else. What about Rose & crown in the United Kingdom?

Go to the Biergarten...it's awesome. They have schnitzel, sauerbraten, spaetzle...all kinds of GREAT German food!! DH & I LOVE it!!
The "dinner show" is a lot of fun too! Have a nice tall cold beer:drinking1 with dinner and you are all set!!

I don't think you will have a problem. We've eaten there many times and I've never had sausage there, even though I like it. I've had plenty to fill my plate with no problems. Weinerschitzel, roast chicken, spaetzle, etc. it was great.

I've eaten there and loved the sausage, but there were plenty of other offerings.

I'm a vegetarian and I enjoyed my dinner there. So if I can like it, someone who doesn't eat sausage can! :)

Look at their menu, only shows only a couple types of sausage. Many more items that would over rule not going there because of sausage. I would definitely go.

I don't like sausage either and I love Biergarten. There are plenty of other things to choose from. Other meats include roasted chicken and pork. :)

I can't stand any type of sausage and I found plenty to eat at Biergarten. Their desserts are really good too. Give a try one time. :thumbsup2

My DD11 doesn't like sausage and she loves Biergarten. There are a lot of wonderful non-sausage options. The atmosphere is great fun, too.

Beirgarten is one of our fav places to go, there are a ton of choices that are not sausage related

I also won't touch sausage and there was lots of great food to choose from. Don't even worry about it - go and enjoy.
