Biergarten - Dinner or Lunch?

Here is a hint: If you are not a full party of 8, they will be putting others with your party. Wait close to the doors so when they call you name you can be the first group to get to them. If you are the first to enter and stay in front you can pick where you want to sit and if you are looking for a good view, take the seats closest to the rail (stage end of table).

They wouldn't allow my husband & me to sit where we wanted--@ the railing-- AND we were the first group!!
The unhelpful hostess said, " You can't sit THERE; you are sitting @ the other end! " .
I told the CM we would please prefer to sit near the railing, but she REFUSED.

To top it off, the family was loud & rude,
taking away from a usually great experience.
The family 100% were beyond unfriendly, and allowed their kids to be disruptive!

Thankfully, we have always otherwise had a great experience.
We also prefer the more reasonably priced lunch.

WOW, we have never had that happen. Every single time the CM tells us to sit where we want at the table. And honestly if you are first it would make sense to take the rail so the next group doesn't have to climb around you.

I would have for sure gone to find a manager and asked to be moved once the kids acted up. We have had a few couples not speak to us but most the time we have had great table mates and enjoyed the conversation. I still remember some of our convos .... and one was with another couple and we talked how the last couple to come, just ate and ran .... totally not taking in the experience. Why did they bother?
