Biergarten dinner entertainment

I went here for dinner without DH and told him about how fun the entertainment was, and that he would have loved the beer guzzling competition. Now he is super excited to go and really wants to do the beer guzzling.

Is this something that is done each night? We have a 6:15 ADR. I told him not to expect to see everything I described, but I would like to know what time the festivities usually start.
