Last time we did Biergarten for dinner, but this time it will be more convenient if it is scheduled as a late lunch (It makes no difference to the cost as we will be on DxDDP).
I note that ADRs are offered for 3:05pm which would be a good time for our plans, but the restaurant is 'closed' from 3:10pm until 4pm. Whilst I know it is not closed, particularly as there is a show at 3:15pm, will there be any problem if we are still there after 4pm?
With most Disney buffets it is reasonable to be there for at least an hour, but an added consideration for this restaurant is that if you take advantage of one of the beer options I would not want to feel rushed by the staff or guests with ADRs for dinner waiting.
