Bicylcles - trailer buggy?

I seriously need to lose weight and tone up (gained 3 and a bit stone)

DD loves to go out on bike, was looking at these trailer thingys can anyone recommend one and what age is suitable?

Any advice would be gratefully accepted

We have a trail buggy we got from halfords, the kids having been using it since they were 10mths and 3!! They are now 2 and nearly 5 and still love it! They just giggle all the time whilst in it

Probably suitable from about 9 or 10 months up until age 4 or so. Depending if your child is small they could fit into it until they are older, but i know that my dd5 doesn't fit in our one as she is so tall.
