BICE Timing at Portofino Bay

Hi, me and my DF want to dine at BICE on our wedding night, but I want to time the reservations to dine outside around when the people play music on the balcony. Sunset on May 16th is 8:10 pm....what would be good timing for our reservation. I heard the musicians start "around sunset".

Congratulations!

We've been at the PBH the last 2 years in mid June and the singing started at 8:30p. I would guess that a reservation for 7:45p would ensure that you're on the balcony between 8:00p and 9:00p.

Also, I'm sure if you explain the situation and the special occassion the staff will bend over backwards to accomodate you.
