Bibs at DLR restaurants

It's funny the things that are so important to Mom's! Does DLR restaurants have bibs that they give at meals....like MacDonalds does (they have disposable bibs usually by the ketchup counter). I can't imagine packing 27 bibs (I don't have that many) for my messy 3 year old (9 days times 3 meals) and three times that number for my 8 month old that uses bibs with bottles and meals. I'd have to take 100 at least total for both. They wear cloth bibs at home. I hate to even bring some as they get stinky and dirty after a day or two and we aren't going to do laundry. So wondering if the DLR is kid friendly with giving free disposable bibs (like at Ariels, Goofy's, Carnation Cafe, Wine Country Tratt, etc).

I don't think so. I've never been offered one or seen anyone else with one.

Could your 8 month old use Bibsters? At least they are disposable. I don't think they make a size for a 3 year old.

I got this cool little clip that you can attach to a napkin and make it into a bib. It was a Target. Otherwise, I'd go with Bibsters.

I have never seen them either, but I have never seen them at McDs either lol. I gave up on bibs along time ago, I come armed with a big tub of handiwipes :goodvibes

Either buy a box of the disposable Bibsters, or get a couple of the plastic/vinyl covered fabric ones...then you can just wipe them down. They have them at Walmart or Target. Although, really...I never used bibs on my 3 year olds! :lmao: I think it should be fine. Just dont buy him spaghetti! :thumbsup2

We use this bib with our 3 year old: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3504447

It wipes up really easy and you can wash it in the sink if you needed to. If you didn't want to wash them in the parks you could get 3 for each kid so there was one for each meal and then wash them when you get back to the hotel each night. But I think you could probably do just one bib each and wipe it after each meal. They are also more lightweight than regular cloth bibs and they fold up small. We love this bib and the pocket on the front is great too.

I was a fan of the disposable bibs myself but I get 100 is a bit much!

What about the plastic molded ones or the vinyl ones? Bring some wipes & wipe it clean after each meal.... Would that work?
