Bibbity Bobbity Boutique--in DL or just WDW?

Does anyone know if there's a Bibbity Bobbity Boutique in DL too? Everything I'm seeing on here seems to just be for WDW. I'll be so sad if there's not one in DL.

I don't think there's one at DL (unless it opened very recently), but there is a similiar place. Can't think of the name, but it's a chain of young girl makeover places and is in downtown Disney there.

The place in DTD at DL is called Club Libby Lu. It's not a Disney-owned store. A lot of little girls have birthday parties there. I'd give them a call, but here's the description I found:
