i wouldn't really recommend the cool dude, as the colored gel actually never dried, ever, even by bedtime, and he had it done at like 1 pm. it was very annoying because it got all over his hat and his clothes all day, not to mention us from him bumping against us. some stuff is still stained from it over a year later! the experience was cute and they made him feel special but i would never do it again.

pirate's league was great, though!

We didn't have a problem with it being messy. My son has had it done twice. Once was his birthday, so they went extra crazy! They also paint a Mickey on the back of their head. You can't beat the price - $7.50.
