We are arriving on July 8th.My daughter, aged 7, gets a different princess outfit every visit.Just wondering if Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique was worth a visit. And if so, which package, how long does it take, do you need a reservation??

All advice would be appreciated!!

We made reservations and there were a lot of little princesses there when the shop opened at 9:00, so I would recommend it. We had our own dress, so we got the middle package and my daughter really enjoyed it. It only took about 20 minutes, but she got to keep the ponytail hair extension, 2 sparkly hair hair clips, and a bag with the left over make up and a set of press on nails. We probably wouldn't do it every trip (we usually go to Disney at least twice a year), but for a special occasion (it was her birthday) it was great.

If you can swing it do it! My 5 yo (at the time) loved it. My 10 yo put up w/ it but I think she did enjoy it-just too cool to admit it. They painted my 5 yo's nails but gave the 10 yo the fake ones. They kept falling off. I'd see if you could get the painted nails because that stayed on for days.

We didn't do the costumes this year but they did wear 'fancy' skirts and it looked great. The makeup is very pale/sparkly so the girls don't look overly done up.

We did the middle package (can't remember the name). We waited about 20-25 minutes after check in but we had arrived several minutes late so I felt lucky just to get in. The service took about 30 minutes mostly because my 10 yo has hair cut just above her shoulders and the 'Fairy Godmother in Training' hadn't styled that short length of hair before. They brought over a more experienced Godmother who trained her then and there and she did a great job!

What is the minimum age for this? I would like to take DD but she will only be 3 when we go.

My DD (14) and her best friend were too cool to go when I suggested it. However, after we got to DTD and they seen everyone walking around all "made up" they changed their mind. Too late, they were filled!!

I noticed several Mother/Daughter duos walking around that had both been there. How about the 2 of you having your princess makeover and making a special day out of it?

Where else in the world could a Mom walk around with looking like a princess and not get funny looks!

We took my daughter on her birthday (turning four) but we also took her cousin who was three.

It is for three years old and up. My DD3 and DD6 loved it! It was the highlight of their trip!

Short hair.....My dd3 has should length curly hair. Anyone have pics showing the package with short hair?

What is the phone number to call for appointments?

This is the first I have heard of this place. Am I correct that it is in DTD? We are going to DTD next weekend. I will have to check it out for a future trip. My DD, 4, would go crazy. She loves dressing up and would love to get makeup. She is always asking me to put on "lipstick" (Chapstick). I even put a little eyeshadow on her for formal night on our Disney cruise.

Joanne :)

I can't wait! I made an appt for DD to get her hair done. And they also mentioned a boys package (they call it Cool Dude) for 9.99 where they get their hair gelled so I made an appt for my DS also. I'll post a trip report and let everyone know how it was!
