Hi all!! This is my first post! Glad to be here 
Need some help w/ logistics for our August BBB reservation ... haven't been to WDW in over 15 years and so much has changed!! Also my first time ever staying on property so this is all pretty new to me.
DD7 is in love with the Cinderella live action dress .. we got the limited edition dress from the disney store and want to surprise her with it at her BBB reservation and then lunch @ CRT. Just not sure how to make it work logistically since the dress has a hoop skirt and is not practical for rides, etc and it would be way too hot in August to stay in it for very long. We have another dress for her to change into after CRT so she can move around comfortably. The dress is such a monster that we'd have to carry it in to the park in a garment bag .. is that allowed? We're staying CL at the Poly, is there some kind of option at the resort where we can have things sent back to our room from the park? This is our schedule:
Staying Poly CL
Arrive @ MK for Rope Drop - purchase locker to store garment bag until BBB? Assuming we're allowed in the park with a garment bag?

Parade 2:30
Try to scheduled A&E FP+ 3-4
Change
HDDR Boat to FW 5pm
My original plan was to take the LE dress back to the resort via the express monorail but it doesn't look like that would be enough time especially now that the express won't be operating then. Would it be a pain to lug the garment bag to HDDR?
