bibbidi and WOC dining?

I have 2 questions that I am hoping to have clarified

With the BBB is it only the Castle package that then do the priority princess meet and greet or do all the packages do it?

If we book the Arials grotto WOC dining package does that still include character dining?

1) Only the castle package includes the personal escort to see the princesses. That said, in recent years, we haven't waited longer than 20 mins to meet them, so you need to decide how much your time is worth. We've done it both ways and I'd personally choose to pay for a cheaper package and meet the princesses on our own.

2) No, the WOC meal is not also a character meal. It's one or the other.
