For the record, Disney finally made the link to the bib numbers and waivers official by putting it on the Bulletin Board section at

Funny thing is I talked to a Disney rep this afternoon about the waivers and she said "You will not be able to print your waiver until you get to the expo. It has always been this way and there are rumors that you could get it now. BUT that is absolutely not true. Disney is NOT releasing this information."

Gee did she look at the website today?!?
