BG "Guided Adventure Tour"

Hello Everyone,

I am really interested in booking this tour for myself and my two teenagers, but just have a quick query....

The website states this is a 5 hour tour with a tour guide.... and we are planning on taking the BG Shuttle from Orlando to Tampa.... so can someone please advise whether there is an official "start time" to this 5 hour tour and if so will we be there on time if we take the shuttle?

Any advice?!
