BEWARE of this FAKE Dis User

All,
Tonight i was messaged on aim by someone using the screenname name removed Be aware that this Dis'er is a scam artist and wants you to send codes before he gives them to you. He also claims to be banned from VMK but says he can use a friends account to make trades. This is all fake, and after i stopped talking to this person, he sent very nasty emails and began to spam me with all kinda of names. I dont really care, but i just wanted to warn everyone. Also he is using the email address BEWARE!email removed!!


While we hate that this happened to you we really do not think that posting his or her name is within DIS guidelines as you said this person is DIS. Thanks-Mal & Lori

go to user CP then Miscellaneous then Buddy/ Ignore List

This is a risk you take if you list you IM or email addy for public view.

Safety first is wise, if you do not recognize a name then do not accept them on your IM list.

They got my aim name from here. When i ased how you got my aim sn, he said from Dis, and then proceeded to tell me he was a Dis user for a long time. Ususally talking eo people on aim or yahoo from Dis is fun and leads to good friends. I just wanted people ot be aware of this person so they dont get tricked. I cant mention his name, but think of some thing very little, destructive, and its new ride in wdw stinks!

I feel for you and will look out for this person . I plan to stay out of trouble on this subject though.
