I got a call from PCA this afternoon. They had received notice of my complaint with the BBB. A customer service manager called and apologized for the poor quality of the pictures and the way we were treated by more than one of their company's representatives. She said they are going to be reprimanded, and the customer service rep who told me to "leave it alone" is going to have to go back into training. Anyway, PCA is issuing me a full refund plus sending me a certificate for a free $99 package. I told her that I am still very sore about the whole ordeal, but I appreciate her calling me and giving me a refund. I let the copyright issue go. I just hope they follow through, and I actually get the refund.
