keddy said:Well, it looks like I'm out of luck. No one wants to or can help me. I have called Chase and they told me to call the rewards line and the merchant (disney shopping). I did both and they told me to call Chase. I have put in a dispute with Chase, but it does not sound like they will do anything. Just another Disney Visa card dissapointment. I guess I will end up chalking it up with an expensive lesson learned. Thanks for all your help!
I had a problem with my interest on a different Chase card once- my bill was late (My fault, though!), but called and asked them to lower my rate back to the low fixed (it can't hurt to try). I told them if not, I would transfer the entire balance to another card and close my account. They put in a request, and a month or 2 later, I got a letter stating I was a good customer and they lowered it. So maybe talk to a manager???
