I thought they carried over to a new card-Like a credit card. I guess my fault, since I didn't read the small print, but does anyone? Anyways, I was very upset, as I had been saving for a trip, and felt completely ripped off. I complained, but Disney could careless, so I immediately canceled the card. The poor customer service still bugs me!

When I called, they told me that since it didn't post until January 3rd, I could not use my rewards card b/c it had expired.![]()

I would call DisneyShopping.com, ask for a supervisor and explain the situation first. If you do not get satisfaction from them, then I would call Chase and file a chargeback. Good Luck!
keddy said:Well, it looks like I'm out of luck. No one wants to or can help me. I have called Chase and they told me to call the rewards line and the merchant (disney shopping). I did both and they told me to call Chase. I have put in a dispute with Chase, but it does not sound like they will do anything. Just another Disney Visa card dissapointment. I guess I will end up chalking it up with an expensive lessoned learned. Thanks for all your help!
