Mine came in a thick white bag. All you could see was where it came from.
I agree with the PP that says it is not the store's responsibility. I used to be frustrated when I would order a big item and it came in an even bigger box. It seemed like such a waste. This is the retailer's way to keep costs down, and save the environment. They just can't win. Buying boxes for every electric
scooter and Little Tikes basketball hoop would cost them a fortune. And this time of year many retailers are offering free shipping, which I really appreciate.
Maybe the solution is for stores to put something that says "ships in original box" on the item description? I know I have seen that somewhere..
Amazon maybe?
