Beverly:  I need your help.  On Sept. 14th my father cancelled with Delta (Express) my Sept. 19 - 28th ticket.  He was given a number which now they do not know what it is for.  He did try to get money back but they said only an e-ticket will be given out and to expect it in a few weeks.  Now after several hundred phone calls they are telling me I have to go through Disney (we booked through Member Services).  Yesterday they told me when I book to use my old ticket number.  Nothing will be given to me in writing and that I have to fly by March 31, 2002.  My father was originally told that I have to book by Feb, but I could use them any time within the year 2002.  My friend called Delta on Sept. 18th and already got her money back.  She had a non-refundable ticket which she bought through calling Delta.  What is the run-around.  My mother and I are thinking about a May Disney Crusie.  Thanks for any help.
