I cannot find my directions. I am going to make an ice cream cake w/ it. Could someone please post the directions or post a link to them??

Thanks!!

Oh Annette, bless you!!!!!!!!!!!!! I googled and couldn't find anything. You are a lifesaver! :)

omg...my mother bought this POS...it's now sitting in my basement buried in a box that she gave me on easter.

she tried 3 times and failed with this thing.

my brother - who still lives at home - took a picture of a cake in the fridge - with a cereal bowl IN the cake supporting it up...because the "fill" part just never worked! hehehe

best of luck to you!

Ooooooo! Let me know how the cake comes out! I saw that on t.v. and would really like to get one.. :flower:

I have one of those pans! I have made 1 ice cream cake so far and it turned out great!!!

Hey Scarlette, do you have any tips to share with me?? :) I'm making my hubby's birthday cake w/ it. It will be chocolate cake w/ a coffee ice cream center :)

That sounds yummy! I would say to let the cake cool completely...Let the ice cream soften enough so it's spreadable...I put a thin layer of icing in the cavity before i put in the ice cream. Not sure if it helped with anything or not...And you obviously need to keep it in the freezer (pretty obvious on that one...lol)

Good luck!

Definitely cool the cake COMPLETELY before you put the ice cream in. I made the mistake of putting the ice cream in a warm cake, it melted, and even several hours in the freezer didn't refreeze it.

C. Ann, don't buy it from TV. They're in stores now, and you won't have to pay shipping. I got mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond with a 20% coupon, and I hear they're at WalMart and Target, too.

Nope, just by looking at it, I know it won't work for me! :sad2:
