We were at WDW this last May and had perfect weather. We were at WDW in June a couple of years ago and half the vacation was "rained out". Next year my husband wants to go mid June. Is June usually the wetter month or was it just bad luck when we vacationed in June several years ago?

In general.........

May is a bit cooler, less humid, has less afternoon rain, less crowded, and often has lower rates than June.

Thanks. I looked at weather history and it looks like June, July and August get quite a bit of rain.

Rainy season starts at the end of May/early June,June can easily be the wettest month of the year but you can expect daily rain through September.May can also get rain and although the temperatures might overall be lower than June on average there have been many days in May that can hit 97-98 degrees, less rain more sun but the heat is already there for the most part, you might have days with lows in the lower 80's but mid to upper 90's happen. We're in June right now and an overcast day with no rain is not a bad thing,it keeps the high temperatures in check, the humidity will still drain you though.

May can have wonderful weather. I remember staying at the CBR in early May once and we were at the bus stop laughing one morning because every one of us had goosebumps on our arms and legs. I love May visits because the crowds are low. But the weather can go either way. We have been there when you could cut the humidity with a knife. And we've experienced a good bit of rain on our June visits too. I expect we'll see a bit of it next month too. It is what it is. :goodvibes
