I have finally found something that I like better than Iron Ons!! (At least in my opinion) I purchased the YUDU home screen printing system and I have been having lots of fun with it....

Some things I have observed: the designs truly are permanent...there is no fading, bleeding, washing or drying restrictions whatsoever. Also...the shirt breathes as opposed to being all sweaty under the transfer paper.

But this is also a much different process than doing an iron....

here are a few very early designs that I have been fooling around with. It definitely has a learning curve....but it has been overall a very enjoyable experience

Got it for my Mother's Day gift. I love it, although the supplies are kind of expensive. Just curious, have you tried using regular fabric paint?? I'm working on our shirts now. I hate cutting out all the letters, so this made life much happier around our house. Your shirts look terrific.

I have lot's of tips that I have learned..

you do not need to use their transparencies...buy Vellum. It works GREAT!! MUCH CHEAPER!

Permaset & Speedball Inks work really well and are cheaper. Have not tried fabric paint.

buy your emulsion here http://estore.lawsonsp.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=620 you have to cut it yourself...but still comes out considerably cheaper. Speedball also makes a liquid emulsion...I have bought some, but have not had a chance to tried it out yet.

join the YUDU forums...lots of good info :)
