This board really inspired me through the long year of training for the race and I loved reading all the previous race reports in the archives!

Great trip reports! Thanks for sharing. This was the first year I've run the Princess and my favorite part was running down Main Street with the cheering crowds - magical!

You know, I thought it would be the official Disney magic that would be the most awesome part of this run, going through the castle, photos with the characters, the stuff to buy at the Expo, the medal, etc. But what got me the most emotional and what still sticks with me a month later is the love and support from the spectators all along the route.

Seeing all those moms and dads and husbands and wives and kids and friends who got up early and braved the crowds and logistics to get out there and cheer on the runners (not just their runners but all the runners) just really touched me (translation: made me cry). You could almost physically feel how proud they were of their runners and it really hit home for me. Disney magic, I guess, but not the official, licensed kind if you know what I mean.
