Better day for MK and Epcot

Which has anyone found to be a better day to visit MK - Sat or Sun? How about Epcot - Sat or Sun? We're checking in on Friday and oldest daughter has to return on Monday, so we really are limited to Sat or Sun. Thanks for any input!

Always go to MK on Sunday, seems to be the least crowded day. Usually have character breakfast at either Poly or GF and then head over soon after opening.
