Hi Everyone,
Well I did it. I didn't snack last night. That is a major victory for me lately. Baby steps will get me there, right?

I bhad a great time at pilates last night, but I had to modify some of the moves. I couldn't put pressure on my hand, so I had to do some of the things on my elbows. Grr...Oh well, at least I did it. I prefer the pilates class to the yoga class, but I could probably do with more meditation in my life.
Today is another slow day at work, so I can WISH throughout the day.

After work, I just have to help Kate with homework, make spaghetti for dinner, start some laundry, and clean some more. I plan on hitting the treadmill somewhere in there. I'm not feeling very motivated today, so I am trying not to bite off more than I can chew today. I always feel guilty when I don't accomplish everything on my to do list. I'll keep it short today.
The snack at 230 helped a bit, so I am going to do that again.
Food today:
B: Yogurt wirh raspberries and tea. 4
L: Baked potato topped with Wendy's chili, 2T shredded cheese, and 1T light sour cream. 8
S:apple with peanut butter 5
D:Spaghetti squash with turkey meatballs and marinara. Salad. 12
Okay, that is what I am committing to.

ETA: I've gotten into a goofy mood this afternoon. I am not sure I made any sense whatsoever on my journal rounds. One of our patients brought in homemeade truffles. She brought in 3 dozen. I have had 1. I am counting it as 4 points, and a victory. I am going to leave in 30 minutes, and could easily have eaten 6.
